A.J. is an artist, singer/songwriter, and healing arts practitioner. Through their offerings, she integrates wisdom from her cultural lineages and her formal yoga training (200 RYT) to create uniquely designed sound and movement practices. They believe art is community care and that our bodies are sites for liberation.

Eric

Eric is a relationship and connection specialist, certified life coach, and growth strategist. He has over a decade of experience cultivating communities and creating meaningful experiences that inspire joy, educate, and shift culture. They love bringing together and helping folks to create a life and community that feels aligned, empowered, and delicious..

Alice

Alice is a certified health coach who has been facilitating groups and coaching individuals for over 25 years. Her radical healing work challenges the status quo of what health is and isn’t honoring each person’s wisdom and body. She has a private practice in Oakland and continues to guide humans to get happy with food, spiritual practices, and ancient wisdom.

Soul Sessions with Eric

As a certified life coach and sommelier, I have spent years developing a deep understanding of human interaction and what fosters connection.

I approach each project with curiosity - exploring what allows us to relate and what keeps us apart. I'm fascinated by what motivates and stops us in our tracks and how emotions fuel us. This curiosity is the bedrock of my coaching practice - a diverse practice involving various modalities to meet your needs.

I like to think about coaching as guidance, clarity, and creative problem-solving. It's an exploration of possibility. Coaching creates space to examine an issue and understand how it may affect us (physical stress, emotional stress, harmful thoughts and habits, etc.) It allows us to uncover how we want to show up for ourselves. Coaching is empowerment.
